The following are the details

It is a monthly billing (540 yen tax included) service for repairing device that is connected the Leonet cable, when it is broken down due to falling, breakage, water wetness, etc.

It is necessary to subscription to the standard plan, premium plan, or internet plans

  • Smartphone(※1)、Tablet PC, Television
  • Music player, portable gamer, video game console, printer, recorder, Home server, electric book reader, Set top box, display monitor.
(※1)Only SIM free terminal and maker with repair branch in Japan.

Attention for using

Please note that it is not available to accept your inquiry the following here.

  • The contractor has purchased a new item and is currently holding it. (Secondhand goods are not allowed)
  • Those that exist as facilities of the property are out of scope (television, etc.)
  • It operates normally at the time of contract, and has caused no defect.
  • Repair, processing, remodeling, and dissection is not available except at the manufacturer repair bases.
  • Purchasement/repair bases must be in Japan.
  • Not being lost or stolen by a third party.
  • As a new one which has not been longer than 4 years and 11 months from purchase date or product released date, and must be available to prove the purchase date by necessary.
  • Those that have not exceeded the prescribed several times of using this service. (Repair up to 2 times per year)
