Regarding the contract status, you can check the TOP page of LEONET on your television or you can confirm with WEB.

Confirm on television LEONET

  1. Choose the 「LEONETマイルーム」(LEONET my room).

    ※At initial using of 「LEONET my room」, LEONET ID and password will be necessary for certification.

  2. Choose 「Registration ・Contract information」 from 「メニューMENU」 on the left top.

  3. Choose 【LEONET option service】 in the 「Contract information・Subscription・Cancellation」 menu.

  4. You will see the contract option service, so please choose one of them you want to check.


  5. If it's under contract, the contract contents will be showed up. 「Payment method」「Next renewing date」 will be displayed. You can also cancel the option service on this screen.
    ※You can cancel it at the current month if you press the 「cancel button」 3 days before the last day of the month.
    ※If you are paying internet fee and the rent(trasferring etc.) together, we are asking tenants under corporate contract to do the procedure for cancellation at the branch office.

Confirm on the WEB

  1. Type LEONET ID and password on 「My page」, and log in.
    You can check on it at 「Leonet Option Service」.
