How can I cancel option service such as LEONET standard plan or premium plan? (from Life Stick) Updated date 2017.04.21

It is available to apply LEONET option service cancellation from LEONET MYROOM of LEONET top page on TV. (Cancellation by Life Stick)

  1. Select "LEONETマイルーム(LEONET My room)" from the main screen.
    ※When using "LEONET My room" for the first time, log-in will be required. Please input LEONET ID and password you set.

  2. Select MENU from the left top corner, and select "registration information ・ contract information".

  3. Select "LEONETオプションサービス(LEONET option service)" from "契約情報・加入・解約の欄(Contract information, subscription, cancellation)".

  4. Select the service you want to cancel from among the contracted option services.

  5. Select 解約(Cancellation) button.

  6. Please confirm the precaution about cancellation, and select "解約(cancellation)" button.

  7. Enter the password.

  8. Cancellation is completed.

As stated in the precaution, in the case of LEONET points and credit cards, it will be canceled at the end of the month by the procedure up to 3 days before the end of the month.

※In the case of usage fee payment (rentpayment), it will be canceled at the end of the next month by the procedure three days before the end of the month.
※Payment of rent for corporate contracts can be canceled at the branch office only.
