How much do I have to pay when moving out? Updated date 2016.08.06

The following fees will be charged at the time of moving out.


A Basic Cleaning Fee

A Cleaning Fee will be charged according to a room type or room size.

※Please refer to "How much is a Basic Cleaning Fee? "for further details on a Basic Cleaning Fee.

A Long-term tenant privilege

Tenants residing in the same room over 4 years, or tenants under membership contract, will not be required a Basic Cleaning Fee when moving out. (Tenants under monthly contract or corporate contract will be excluded.)

A room charge until the move-out date.

You will be required to pay a room charge until your move-out date.

※Even if you move out within one month from your move-out notice, one-month's rent will be charged as a penalty.
※When the rent has already been paid by bank transfer, it will be credited and balanced at the time of room inspection.

Restoration costs (A Repair Fee)

If we should find any damages resulting from your fault, a repair fee may be additionally charged aside from a Basic Cleaning Fee.


A Penalty

Some contracts include a special agreement on a contract term.
If your contract includes this special agreement, a Penalty, equivalent to one month or two months' rent, may be charged when cancelling within a specified term. If there is anything unclear about your contract, please check with one of our offices.


A renewal fee/annual fee

If you should have an unpaid renewal fee/annual fee, the payment will be required at the time of moving out.
