Regarding the payment of the rent

  1. The payment of the rent is the prepayment system.
    ※The prepayment system means the rent of this month should be paid before the designated date of the last month.
  2. Please prepare the amount of the rent in the bank account one day before the bank transfer date.
    ※If the bank transfer date is on the weekend, it will be changed to the next business day.
  3. Please prepare the rent in the bank account one day before non-business day.

Caution

The rent will be automatically transferred on the designated date every month for only one time.
If the balance of the bank account is not sufficient for transfer on the designated transfer date, the rent won't be transferred.
Please check the balance of your bank account one day before the designated transfer date and prepare sufficient amount in your bank account.

Besides, the rent cannot be transferred again and the rent of this month cannot be transferred together with the rent of next month.
If the rent cannot be transferred automatically from your bank account, please pay it at the nearest Leopalace office or transfer to our designated bank account.
Please note that the rent cannot be paid in our partner's office.

※For customers using 「りそな決済サービス」 to transfer, if the rent cannot be transferred automatically on the designated date which is 3rd of every month, it will be transferred again on 28th of the same month.
