If I put the money late in my bank account, can Leopalace take 2 months rent away in the next month? Updated date 2017.07.31

We only take the rent from your bank account once a month on the designated day.

If the balance in your account is unsufficient on the deduction day, your rent will not be deducted.
Please check the status of your account before the deduction day and prepare for the deduction.

In addition, we don't take the rent from your account again and don't take 2 months rent in the next month (※1)
Regarding the rent that wasn't deducted from your account, please pay it at the nearest Leopalace center or transfer it to our exclusive account(※2)
(Please note that you can not pay the rent at the partner office)


(※1)For the customers who are using Resona Settlement Service, if we can not take your rent away on 3rd, we will take it again on 28th of the same month
(※2) The customers who signed the rent guarantee contract can not pay their rent to Leopalace21

If your rent was not deducted from your bank account, a notification from rent guarantee company will be sent to you, please pay your rent to the rent guarantee company in accordance with the notification.

Regarding the rent payment

Our system for the rent payment is a prepaid system
(A prepaid system is a system that the rent must be paid until a designated day of previous month)

Please put your rent into your bank account until the day before the deducting day.
If the deducting day is on weekend or holiday, the next business day will be the deducting day.
