No water comes out of the washlet seat, is it broken? Updated date 2019.08.31

Please check the following.

① The seating sensor on the side of the operation unit may be difficult to work.

If dirt such as dust or water drops adheres to the seating sensor, remove the dirt with a cloth.
In addition, there is a possibility that the seat sensor does not have a buttocks and the sensor is in an unresponsive state. Please sit back and try again.

② The toilet tap may be closed.

Please make sure that the water tap is open.
