Can someone enter the apartment without permission? Updated date 2019.07.14

Please read the following.

●In principle
We cannot enter the apartment without your permission.
Even if it is necessary to enter a room for maintenance or a legal inspection, any work will be performed after the contractor or the tenant himself is present.
If you cannot attend a meeting, we may enter the room after obtaining permission to enter the room.

● Exception
If it is determined that there is an urgent situation, such as prevent structural damage or in a life threatening situation, the room may be entered as an emergency measure.
