What should I do if there is a suspicious door-to-door salesperson? Updated date 2019.10.27

There are cases when a contractor in name of Leopalace21 may visit, such as water quality inspections or sales for water purification equipment, otherwise Leopalace21 will give a notification in advance whenever there is a construction underway.

If a suspicious door-to-door salesperson or equipment inspection operator visit your room, please do not respond right away, but contact the nearest Leopalace Center or Service Center first.

●Common door-to-door sales
・ Water quality inspection ・ Installation of water purifiers and water heaters ・ Cleaning of ventilation fans ・ Installation of filters, etc.

●About marking
A door-to-door salesperson or a thief may leave a written mark on the front doorplate or post box that can be understood by another associate.
Example) ○, ×, △, S, W etc.

If you find a suspicious symbol or mark, do not leave it as it is, but erase it immediately.
