Can I smoke in my room? Updated date 2019.04.06

It is not prohibited to smoke in the room.

However, please be carefu about using flammables in the room.
※It may cause a fire so please do not smoke in bed.

This is a shared building, there might be a non-smoker among tenants.

Please keep a good manner in smoking because some tenants would feel uncomfortable by throwing cigarette butts, and smoking in the shared place(parking lot, passway, entrance etc.).

Also, if you smoke in the balcony or in the room leaving the window open, smoke would go into another room or it would seep into clothes.
Please be considerate to other tenants when smoking.
