When entering an apartment for the first time, please do not forget to go through the contract procedures for "Electric", "Water" and "Gas".

In order to use hot water in a property with a water heater installed, it is necessary to request the gas supply company to open the gas.

※ If there is a contract under "No water and energy expenses required" such as a monthly contract, there is no need for those procedures.
※ If the water supply fee is included in the rent, the procedure for the water supply is unnecessary.

In addition, during the winter season, it is necessary to drain water pipes to prevent freezing by the residents .
You can not use water (or hot water) just by twisting the faucet. When you move in, you need to have a contract with the Water Department.
