There is a case that "water drain plug (anti-freezing plug)" is installed outside the room. Water taps (non-frost plugs) are installed in the blue round lid mainly on the ground floor of the building and the ground on the veranda side.

Passing water procedures

  1. Please make sure that all of the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom (washbasin) are closed (Please close it once if the faucet is open)

  2. Next, go outside, open the lid and turn the valve in the direction of "Open" (開ける/出る)

These are all procedures for passing water and turn the faucet on.

※The water is running with great force. (Please turn out the faucet little by little.)
