The TV remote control does not work. Is it broken? Updated date 2019.12.30

Please check the following.

● Is the TV power cord disconnected?

● Is the TV main power turned on?
(Many LCD TVs have buttons on the side of the main unit.)

● Check if the remote control battery is bad.

If it is depleted, try removing the battery in the remote control and replacing it with a new one.

* Do not mix new and old batteries or different types of batteries.
* Check if the battery polarity (+-) if it is correct.
* If the battery runs out within one month after moving in, it will be replaced free of charge.


●Checking the remote control is working properly

Please check the following.

①Check the transmission unit of the remote through a lens of a moble phone camera.215-3.png

②Press any button on remote while looking through the lens of the mobile phone camera.

▼If you can see a light in the transmission unit

It indicates the remote control works properly.

The TV would have a defect so please check the TV again.

▼If you cannot see a light in the tranmission unit

It may have no battery or is broken.

※Due to using a feature of CCD and CMOS which are used in digital camera, some models would not correspond. Please try with a digital camera if you have.

In case of broken such as only a few buttons doesn't work, we can send a new remote control. Please check the model number and brand name of TV, and contact us to service center.
