I connected a digital TV tuner, but I cannot watch TV. Is it a malfunction? Updated date 2019.12.30

Please check the following.

①Check if the "TV main unit" and "Digital TV tuner" are connected correctly.

②You may be able to improve it by unplugging the power cord from the outlet and plugging it in again.

③If the screen becomes static, use the TV remote control to switch the screen to "Video 1" or "External Input"

④ Some CRT TVs have AV cable input (three-color cable) insertion terminals on the front and rear of the TV, but cannot be used simultaneously.

If an AV cable (three-color cable) is connected to both the front and rear, the terminal connected to the front takes priority.

If the digital TV tuner AV cable (three-color cable) is connected to the terminal on the rear panel, unplug the front terminal or re-insert the tuner AV cable (three-color cable) to the front, please check if it solves the problem.


There are AV cable insertion terminals on the front and rear of the TV.
If the front is in use, the back will not be usable.

The TV image doesn't show properly, is it broken?
