The door guard of the entrance does not hang properly. What should I do? Updated date 2017.07.31

Please refer to the following.

If you have a driver, you can adjust the position up and down by loosening the screw of the door guard receiver installed in the door frame.

After adjusting the position, tighten the screw and fix the door guard receiver again.

If customer's adjustment is difficult, please inform us through "Inquiry form" or contact the service center.

After checking the situation, I will arrange for repair / exchange etc.
