If I lost my key but I have a spare key, can I still use it as it is? Updated date 2017.07.05

No problem.

Some tenants do not want to change when they lost one because they have a spare key.

However, please make sure that you would be charged 1,296 yen a key at leaving the room even you do not exchange the key when you lost one.

※Customers who joined "Tenant comprehensive service & key security system" or "Resident support system" will be free to replace the costs associated with lost / stolen keys.
