If I lose my key

  1. There is a possibility that you may left behind in an unexpected place, such as a bag or pocket, or in a car or a company locker, so please check it first whether there is a key around you.
  2. Remember the last time you saw the key. After that, remember your behavior slowly.
    Please check the place you stopped by on that day, such as a company, restaurant and a friend's house.
  3. Please notice to the nearest police station. It may already be stored as found items or the key may arrive later.
  4. If you still can not find the key, please contact the service center(0120-984-578).
About to unlock the door or exchange the key, we need a report from a contractor. Also, if it is a corporate contract, please contact form the person in charge of company, or from a registered resident.
