How do I submit (register) my email address? Updated date 2020.01.26

Leopalace asks that customers who are moving in to register their email address.

During the period of the room contract, Leopalace will act as an apartment management company that it can be used as a means to immediately inform the resident of what they want to communicate to the resident, as well as guidance, information provision, and communication about various services, buildings, products (※) It will be requested from two points of means.

(※)This includes sending direct mails and sending e-mails, both of which include those from Leopalace's affiliates.

●Individual contract customers
Register your email address when you sign up for a room.
(Excludes customers who signed a room contract before March 16, 2012.)

●Corporate contract customers
Register your email address when you sign up for a room.
(Excludes customers who contracted before September 30, 2012.)

Individual contract customers (Registration from tenant-only site "MYPAGE"

①Enter the LEONET LEONET ID and password into the tenant-only site and log in.


※The ID and password are provided in the "LEONET Registration Confirmation" or "Key Transfer Confirmation and LEONET Registration Confirmation" issued to the resident when the room key is transferred. If you are not sure, please check here.
※Customers with corporate contracts cannot register their e-mail address from MYPAGE. See "Registration from E-mail Address Dedicated Site" below.

②Select "Check / change resident information".


③Select "Change email address" from the registration / setting information management. After that, please follow the instructions on the screen.


Corporate contract customers (register from the email address registration site)

①Use the barcode reader of your mobile phone camera to read the following, or directly enter the following URL to access the registration site.


②When the registration screen is displayed, enter your ID and password.
For the ID and password, enter the "ID and password for initial mail address registration" described in the "Key Delivery Confirmation and LEONET Registration Confirmation" issued for the key transfer, and then complete the procedure. If you are unsure, please check with the room key transfer store.


③If you are unsure, please check with the room key transfer store.


④The procedure is complete when you register and receive a registration completion email.

If your mobile phone is set to prevent spam mail, please make sure that you set it to receive the e-mail from "".
If there is no reply to the registration completion e-mail, please also check the registration e-mail address for errors.
