The gas stove will not ignite, is it a malfunction? Updated date 2017.06.28

Please refer to the following.

  1. Please check whether hot water will come out indoors.

    If there is no hot water, gas may be blocked by the gas meter, so please try the gas recovery work.
  2. If you can not use gas stove only, please check whether the gas main plug is closed

    A battery is installed in either of the left and right of the front of the gas stove with a lid inside.
    If the fire disappears when you release your hand from the switch, the battery may be exhausted.
    After confirming, in case of running out of batteries, please change the battery by the customer.
※In some models such as Paloma PD - 20S, there may be a battery case while removing the top plate.
※Battery stove batteries are installed in the place shown below.
※we will exchange the battery out within one month of moving in without charge, please inform us through "inquiry form" or contact the service center.
