Can I apply the move-out from LEONET (Life Stick)? Updated date 2019.07.22

To apply for move-out, visit the TOP page of LEONET on your TV, then check "LEONET My Room" then menu.

①Select "LEONET My Room" on the service top.
※Those using the LEONET My Room for the first time, you need to be certified. Please enter your LEONET ID and password.

②Select Menu.「メニュー」⇒ 「" Support / Frequently Asked Questions「サポート・よくある質問」

③Select "Apply for move-out「退出申込」", you will move to the withdrawal application registration screen.

Notes on application

※Only individual contract, members contract, a monthly payment system contract, or a rental contract individually.can apply this form
Please note that you can not apply if your contract is a corporateve (company) contract or for customers with a fixed-term lease contract.

※ The date sent from LEONET (Life Stick) is the withdrawal application date.

※ We can not accept move-out aplication less than 20 days
If you are in a hurry, please apply at the written form or visit our office.

※ You can apply for LEONET (Life Stick) only once with one Leonet ID
If you cancel your application and want to apply again, please do the application by writing or at office.

ID and password are required to log in.
