The LEONET internet communication is stopped. What should I do? Updated date 2019.07.14

In the case of wired connection, if the service continues to be stopped for about 4 hours or more, the communication will be interrupted once, so user authentication will be required again.

When the authentication screen is displayed, please input the "LEONET ID / Password".

For corporate contract, if the screen shows a message "Please enter your password" (パスワードを入力してください)when you start the Life Stick, please input the password you created at the time of the initial settings.

※ If you unplug the Life Stick's from the power outlet, you will need to input your password again on the Life Stick screen (TV) to use Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi does not work when the message "Please enter password" (パスワードを入力してください) is displayed.

The password input can be omitted for 30 days if the setting is set to ON from Life Stick My Room(マイルーム)> Registration information / Contract information(登録情報・契約情報)> Password omission setting(パスワード省略設定).
※ When moving out of the apartment, please make sure to turn OFF the setting before leaving the room.

If the line is disconnected frequently, there is a possibility of communication failure, so prepare your information such as your user ID and call the LEONET call center from the apartment (Toll Free 0120-911-521 Please contact us from 10:00 to 19:00).
