Regarding initial setting. (LEONET application) Updated date 2017.04.17

When using the LEONET service for the first time, initial setting is required in one of the following ways.

Set up from Life Stick

Set up from My page(Tenants home page)

Set up from LEONET application. Refer the following

Initial setting from LEONET application

  1. Open up the LEONET application, and click the login button.
  2. Input your LEONET ID and password. (Please check on LEONET registration certificate)
  3. After reading the user policy, please click 「agree」.
  4. Input the new LEONET ID and password.
    ※「LEONET ID」 should be more than 4 digits. (Half size alphanumeric combination)
    「Password」 should be more than 8 digits. (Half size alphanumeric combination)
  5. Choose and set the 「secret question」
    ※You would need this when you forgot your LEONET ID or password, so please keep it.
  6. It moves on to the mail address confirmation screen. Your mail address will show up if you registered.
    ※Click 「Yes」 if there is no wrong information. If you choose 「No」, it will move on to the mail address registration screen so please register your mail address.
  7. Please input customer information and register.
