【Please check in advance】

※There is a insulating tape on the back of the remote is battery type, please remove it.
If it's chargeable type, the remote may not be charged. Please pull out the micro USB of Life Stick, and charge the remote.

When the red light on the remote is off, it's full charged.
・Is there a blue light flashing on the main device of Life Stick?・・・・If not, click here

①No battery
The sign will be on the TOP screen when it's no battery.
Please change the batteries.


②Disconnected or cannot be paired
※Pairing means synchronize the remote and Life Stick.
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact the LEONET Center (toll free: 0120-911-521 opening hours 10:00 to 19:00) after preparing your User ID and other customer information while you are at home.

※ Opening hours of the LEONET Center has been changed by December 30th, 2019.
