Can I apply for move-out from the "& Leo" app? Updated date 2019.07.23

If you have a smartphone (iPhone, Android), you can apply for move-out from the & Leo app.

● Application procedure
①Log in to the "& Leo" app, and select "apply for move-out「退室申込」" from the Living tab.

② Confirm the contents, and select "apply for move-out「退室申込」"

③After confirming 5 points, check "Confirmed" and select "Next".

④confirme the handling of personal information, select "Agree".

⑤Enter the desired date for leaving the room, and select "Confirm input."

⑥Check the input contents and select "Send".

⑦The application for the scheduled exit date is complete. If you wish to reserve attendance time, select "Reservation for attendance time".

⑧Enter your desired attendance time, and select "Confirm input."

⑨Check the input contents and select "Send".

⑩The attendance time reservation is completed.

Notes for application

※ Only individual contract customer, monthly payment system contract, or chintai contract can apply
Note that you can not apply if your contract is by a corporation (company) or for fixed-term lease contract.

※ The date sent from the "& Leo" app will be the move-out date.

※ We can not accept move-out hope day less than 20 days from the move out application day.
If you are in a hurry, apply at the written form or visit our office.

※ You can only apply once with one Leonet ID number.
If you canceled the application and want to apply again, please do so in writing or at your office.
