About change of LEONET option plan

If you have an option plan subscribed, you can change the plan with the payment of the daily basis amount and differences from the current plan.

In case of changing a plan in the month that current plan is contracted, it is able to change after the following month. After that, it can be changed from the day you proceed to change the plan.

To contract a plan which is not changeable, please cancel the current contract plan, contract a new plan in the following month.

※Please note that if you choose to pay by direct debit (rent payment), you cannot change the current contract to continue.

Select 「&Leo各種手続き・お知らせ」(&Leo procedures/notice), and 「オプション契約」(option contract)⇒「未契約オプション」(Not contracted option).

Next, select a desired service to change.

The payment amount will be calculated on the daily basis + the differences and will be displayed in the payment screen.
