"No signal" appears on the TV screen. What should I do? Updated date 2019.11.25

If "No signal" is displayed on the TV screen, the contact between the TV and Life Stick may be unstable.

(1)Reseat the Life Stick device connected to the HDMI of the TV.


(2)If the TV has more than one HDMI, replace the Life Stick terminal with another HDMI terminal.


(3)Switch to the HDMI connected to the Life Stick using the "Input Select"(入力切替) button on the TV remote control.


(4)If the problem persists, please contact LEONET office with your user ID and other information when you are at home.
