A remote control holder is installed on the wall around the air conditioner, and it may be hideen by the curtain and it is difficult to see.

Also, please check whether you are not placed in each indoor storage or desk/shelf.
If you can not find it, we will deliver it to your room, so exuce me, but please inform us via "contact form" or contact service center.
