I lost the IC sitck of the security system. What should i do? Updated date 2017.06.07

The following are the details

If the IC stick of the security system is lost, IC stick can be reissued. Please inform us from Inquiry form or contact the service center.

If reissuing generate an additional cost.

  • IC stick fee : 800yen(not including tax) / 1stick

Customers who wish to hand over IC sticks should bring identity verfication document and visit us.

The items that can be used as the identity verification document are the following documents.

  1. Driving license
  2. Passport
  3. Basic Resident Register Card
  4. Health Insurance Card
  5. Employee ID Card
  6. Student ID Card
  7. Residence Card・Special Permanent Resident certificate ・Foreign resident registration card

We do not keep the IC stick of the room except in the jurisdictional store, we can not give you the stick even if you visit us. In the case of unknown jurisdictional shop, please confirm by telephone in advance.
