There is a car parked without permission in my contracted parking space, and I cannot park my car. What should I do? Updated date 2019.10.22

Leopalace21 is not responsible for any user troubles related to the parking lot. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please kindly contact the police by yourself. If you write down the vehicle number and contact the nearest police station, they may be able to identify and call the owner of the vehicle directly. In some cases, the police will not intervene because the trouble is on private property, in this case you can ask for a warning of annoying acts instead of responding to annoying parking.

※Parking lot management is the responsibility of the parking lot contractor. If the contractor's car cannot be parked due to annoying parking, etc., please contact the police station.

※If you prefer, we can arrange to respond afterwards. If you'd like to request, please let us know from the "Inquiry Form".
