Can I change the gas company? Updated date 2019.06.13

Please refer to the following

Retailing of "Toshi gasu" will started on April 2017.
If the type of gas being supplied is "Toshi gasu" and the name of the contract is between the customer and the gas company, you can change it.
Apply for a new gas company and cancel by yourself.

We are very sorry, but if the gas type is "LP gas", the gas supplier in charge is determined for each property, so it can not be selected by the customer.

※ For customers with a monthly contract, a monthly payment contract, or those with "Utilities included plan" since the gas contract is a contract between Leopalace and a gas company, so customers can not change the gas company.
