Can I have any discount on expenses if I change room to Leopalace property?
Guests who have changed from Leopalace property to Leopalace property due to relocation, career change, job hunting or other reasons, or who are using the room for a long time may be discounted. more
Can I rent a room even underage?
Even underage can accept applications, but it may not be able to move in due to our prescribed judgement. more

When I sign the contract, do I need to pay the deposit and key money?
In the chintai contract, generally the key money is necessary, but in some cases, by using campaign, you don't need to pay the key money. more
