Is there a limit to the number of people who can stay in one room? Updated date 2017.01.27

The number of people in one room is according to the contract plan and it is stated as follows.

※Application is required in advance.

Lease agreement

Depending on the room layout of the contract, the number of people of the following number can be accommodated.

  • Room of 1K(one room), 1DK, 1LDK is limited to 2 people including contractor.
  • 2K, 2DK, 2LDK Room including 4 people it means that including contractor.
  • 3LDK or more Room is limited to 6 people including contractor.

Monthly contract

Depending on the contract plan for using the room, the number of people of the follwoing number can be accommodated.

  • For monthly plan, short-term plan room use, up to 3 people including contractor.
  • Up to 2 people including a contractor in case of using the room in the student Discount Plan.

In addition, please contact the nearest Leopalace Center if there is any changes, which is about roomate.

※At the same time as the procedure, "additional cohabite charge" may be required.
