When I sign the contract, do I need to pay the deposit and key money? Updated date 2017.01.27

In the chintai contract, generally the key money is necessary, but in some cases, by using campaign, you don't need to pay the key money.

Regarding the depsit, when you rent an apartment that is larger than 30㎡, the deposit is necessary.
