As part of the service, residents will be contacted via a mobile phone short message service (SMS *), including apartment management. (From May 2016)

※SMS:A service that can receive short messages to mobile phone numbers


■Main SMS contents
・Various communications regarding the management of the apartment
・Notice of maintenance of buildings
・Confirming the safety of residents during a disaster

・Send to the mobile phone number requested by the resident

You cannot reply directly to a received short message.

If your mobile phone receiving SMS has a phone contract with au or docomo, the following number will be displayed.

If you do not have a mobile phone number registered, you will be notified by telephone or letter as before.
