After giving us a moving-out notice, please fix a time for a room inspection up until one week before the inspection date.

By e-mail

Please call our service center to fix a time for a room inspection.

※Customers under personal contract are requested to make an appointment in person.

Since we arrange an appointment on a first-come-first-served basis, your earliest appointment would be recommended.

※Please note schedule changes might be unavailable after the room inspection is arranged.
※Please make sure not to leave any of your personal belongings at the time of room inspection.
※Room inspection is available from 11a.m. to 4p.m.
