If I have a refundment when moving out, when would it be refunded? Updated date 2017.01.27

If you have a refundment when moving out, we will transfer the refundment to your bank account after you moved out.

Refund date

Because some procedures are needed, the refund date will be after 1 month since your move-out date.We appreciate your understanding.

  1. If your move-out date is from 1st to 10th
    We will transfer the refundment to your bank account on 10th next month.(Next business day in case of weekends and holidays)

  2. If your move-out date is from 11th to 20th
    We will transfer the refundment to your bank account on 20th next month. (Next business day in case of weekends and holidays)

  3. If your move-out date is from 21th to 31th
    We will transfer the refundment to your bank account on the final day of next month. (Next business day in case of weekends and holidays)

The bank account for the redundment

We will transfer the refundment to the account which you registered for rent payment.

※If you want us transfer your refundment to another account, we will transfer to the account which you designated.(There are some banks that we can not transfer the refundment to.We appreciate your understanding.
