If I cancel the contract, do I have to pay the cancellation fee? Updated date 2017.01.27

Depending on the type of contract, there might be a special agreement regarding the contract period.

If you cancel the contract within the designated period, the cancellation fee (equivalent to 1~2 months rent) will be charged, so please confirm the copy of your contract document.

If you don't know, please check at the branch in charge of your contract or the nearest branch.
