Things to prepare by the day of your room check

【Garbage generated when moving out】
If you leave trash in the apartment you will be charged separately, so please dispose of it according to local rules before moving out.

【Procedures related to utilities】
●Customers who have completed the opening procedure when moving in "Chintai plan" or "utility costs needed" should contact the power company, gas company, and water department at least 5 days prior to the date of departure.
※If the water charge is included in the usage fee, there is no need for water-related procedures.

●Customers who have contracted a room as a "Monthly plan" or "utility bills included" do not need to shut down electricity, gas or water.

【In case of amperage change in electric contract】
Please contact the electric power company to revert to standard specifications when closing the contract.

【Telephone and Internet procedures】
Please arrange for relocation or suspension of telephone and internet connection.
(LEONET cancellation is performed at the same time as the room cancellation.)

【Post office procedures】
Please write a notification at the post office (for mail redirection to the new address).

【Insurance procedures】
If you have an individual contract with an insurance, please contact your insurance company directly to start the cancellation procedures.

【Parking cancellation procedure】
If the parking lot is contracted with individual contract, a separate cancellation procedure is required. Click here


Things to prepare on the day of your room check

①Key provided at the time of contract (not duplicate)
※ If lost
[Customers with Support Service] Free
[Customers with no Support Service] You will be charged ¥ 1,296/piece (tax included).

※If an IC stick type security system device is installed in the room, please return the IC stick together with the key.

②The name seal (hanko) of the person present at the room check.

③Identity verification
・Driver's license
・Passport
・Resident Registration card (with photo)
・Health insurance card
・Employee ID (when the contract name is a corporation)
・Student ID card (issued by the school delivered at the time of contract)
・Residence card
・Special permanent resident certificate

④Notification of damage at the time of moving in (customer copy)
※ Not required if you don't have a copy.

About restoration costs

In the following cases, the lessee corporation may be charged for repair costs (restoration costs).

●Wear and damage due to customer's intentional negligence
●Wear and damage caused by standard misuse.

Examples)
・Accidentally hitting the furniture and broke the sash glass.
・Spilling a drink on the floor and became a stain due to insufficient care etc.

About the payment method of the move-out fees

There will be no settlement at the time of the room check.
We will send the statement to the corporation (or send it on the web).

Notes

About LEONET points
There will be no refund for LEONET points left when you cancel your contract. LEONET points cannot be used to pay the cleaning costs, etc., if your new address is not a Leopalace, please use your points before moving out. Please check here for details.

※Although LEONET points do not expire, if you do not log in to the resident My Page / LEONET application for 90 days after moving out of your room, the points will disappear.
※If you use a paid service, the first day of each month will be the renewal date. If necessary, please cancel the paid service from the Leonet main screen.

For tenants using parking lot and bicycle parking lot
Please move your car by the day you leave the room.
If you have a bicycle parked, please move it by the day you leave the room.
