Should I drain water when I cancel my room?
During the winter season (December to March of the following year),we ask that you drain the water when you cancel the room to prevent damage to the equipment due to freezing of the piping. more
Is room inspection possible on weekends and holidays? When is the Leopalace Management Center closed?
Room inspections are possible on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays except for New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays. more
Are there any regular holidays when applying for room cancellation?
Year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer and some stores are closed on Wednesdays. more
Can I apply for a room cancellation by email?
We do not accept application for room cancellation by e-mail. more
What is the basic cleaning fee?
The basic cleaning fee is the minimum cleaning fee required when leaving a room. more
I need a proxy, what should I do?

Is it possible to pay with a cash card (debit card) at the time of room check?
You can make a debit payment with your bank cash card.Please bring your bank card with you after checking that your account has a balance. more
