Can I send my proxy to attend a room inspection?
Attendance for a room inspection by contractor is required in order to check the room condition, return room keys, and make payments. more
When moving out without attending a room inspection, where should I return my room keys?
It is not necessary to attend a room inspection if you reside within one year under monthly contract. more
What should I bring for a room inspection? (Personal Contract)
Please be sure to bring all of the following necessities at the time of room inspection. more
How much is a Basic Cleaning Fee?
