When should I pay move-out charges?
Payment for move-out charges will be required at the time of the room inspection. more
It has mentioned to bring the receipt of utility payment, but what should I do if I paid the utility fees by credit card or direct debit?
Please let our staff know at a room inspection if you do not have the receipt of utility payment. more
Would it be possible to change a room inspection date or time?
Please note we may be unable to accept a change according to appointment availability. more
When moving out, can I leave fixtures such as Futon and Sheets?
Please check a set of Futon to be a full set : 2 Futons, 1 Futon cover, 1 sheet, 1pillow, 1 pillow cover and leave them in the room. more
Regarding a room inspection for Customers under Monthly Contract
If you move out less than a year, you may not need to attend for a room inspection. more
Regarding a room inspection for Individual Customers under Chintai Contract
Attendance at a room inspection will be required when moving out. more

Can I send my proxy to attend a room inspection?
