Would it be possible to change a room inspection date or time?
Please note we may be unable to accept a change according to appointment availability. more
When moving out, can I leave fixtures such as Futon and Sheets?
Please check a set of Futon to be a full set : 2 Futons, 1 Futon cover, 1 sheet, 1pillow, 1 pillow cover and leave them in the room. more
Regarding a room inspection for Customers under Monthly Contract
If you move out less than a year, you may not need to attend for a room inspection. more
Can I send my proxy to attend a room inspection?
Attendance for a room inspection by contractor is required in order to check the room condition, return room keys, and make payments. more
When moving out without attending a room inspection, where should I return my room keys?
It is not necessary to attend a room inspection if you reside within one year under monthly contract. more
How much is a Basic Cleaning Fee?
Under Chintai Contract, the following Basic Cleaning Fee will be charged according to a room type/size when moving out. more
