What is the renewal fee?
After the lease contract expires, it will be a cost to pay for the administrative procedure for contract renewal when continuing the contract. more
What is common service fee?
Common service expenses are expenses for maintenance of common areas such as cleaning,repairing, and disposal of trash such as apartment stairs, corridors, and outdoor lights. more
What should I do if I put the money late in my bank account?
Regarding the rent that wasn't deducted from your account, please pay it at the nearest Leopalace center or transfer it to our exclusive account. (Please note that you can not pay the rent at the partner office) more
In the direct debit of rent, 5,000 yen or 10,000 yen has been withdrawn from the account separately from the rent. What is the charge for it?
As there is a possibility of these charges, please check the contents of each contract. more
