In the direct debit of rent, 5,000 yen or 10,000 yen has been withdrawn from the account separately from the rent. What is the charge for it?

Can I pay the rent every month by credit card?
For the customers who signed the leasing contarct, only "JAL card" can be used to pay the rent every month. more
