If you flush something by mistake, or water does not flush properly, please use a rubber cup to unclog a toilet.

Flushing something other than toilet paper, or flushing too much toilet paper may cause a clogged toilet.

If the problem cannot be fixed, please contact us through an inquiry form, or by phone.
