The water in the toilet has stopped stopping. What should I do? Updated date 2017.06.30

Please refer to the following.

If the float inside the toilet tank is caught or because solid matter (cleaning agent etc.) is caught under the float valve, it may fixed by eliminating the catch or removing the foreign matter, Please check the situation inside the tank.
If it shows no sign of improvement or if repair is required, please contact us "Contact Form", please contact the service center.

Please stop water once until repair, when opening the toilet, please open the stopcock again and use it.

※You can stop water by turnning the stopcock to the right with a coin or a screwdriver.(see the figure below)
