    If you want to change the room you have kept, you can do so before you move in (before the contract starts).

About the Campaign

Summary

The New Working Employee Employment Celebration Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is limited to new working adults who can sign up for a room early in the spring and this is a campaign where you can keep the room until March 1, 2024.  Also, even if your assignment changes, you can change the room you kept only once.

Regarding changing the room

  • Room changes can only be made once if the reason is a change in assignment. If there is a difference in usage fees, contract fees, etc. due to room changes, you will be required to pay the difference. In addition, if the contract fee is less, we will refund the difference.
  • To change your room, you must apply before the contract start date and by February 29, 2024.
  • When changing rooms, you will be required to pay a property change fee of 5,500 yen (tax included).

Eligible Contract

  • Those who will become new members of society in April 2024 and will be using our properties for the first time.
  • For those who already have a rental contract.

Notes

  • This campaign is applicable to contracts until February 29, 2024.
  • Cannot be combined with other similar discount campaigns.
  • This campaign is not available for some properties. note that.
  • This campaign is limited to properties managed by Leopalace21.
