Regarding the charge for Paper Contracts

As part of our efforts to reduce paper usage, improve convenience, and promote DX(Digital Transformation), we are standardizing digital contracts.

From March 1, 2024, if you wish to complete procedures on paper, an administrative fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) will be charged per contract. Thank you for your understanding. The following are the applicable contract types.

For Individual Customers

  • Rental contract
    Standard rental plan
  • Monthly contract
    Short-term plan / Semi-Long-term plan

※In addition to the above, non-member parking contracts will also be subject to paper contract fees.

For Corporate Customers

  • Rental contract
    Standard rental plan / Corporate limited plan
  • Monthly contract
    Short-term plan / Semi-Long-term plan

Please note that there will be no administrative fee charged for the above digital procedures.


※If you live overseas at the time of signing the contract, you will not be eligible for the paper contract fee, regardless of the contract type, as you cannot complete the procedure digitally.
