The Early Bird Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") offers rent-free apartment holds until March 1, 2027 (March 15, 2027 for prospective national/public university students) for those entering university or the workforce in April 2027, or current students relocating or leaving dormitories, with contracts signed by February 28, 2027.

You may change your reserved apartment under the following conditions:

• Apartment changes are permitted only once if the reason is a change in your school or workplace.
• Apartment changes must be requested before your move-in date and by February 28, 2027. ※March 14, 2027 for those planning to take national or public university entrance exams. Prior procedures required at the time of contract, and documentation certifying national/public university exam plans must be verified at the time of application.
• An apartment change processing fee of 5,500 yen (including tax) is required when changing your apartment.
• If an apartment change results in differences in usage fees, contract fees, or other charges, payment of the difference will be required. Additionally, if the contract fee decreases as a result of the change, we will refund the difference."

• The eligibility conditions for this campaign may be subject to change without notice.
• This campaign cannot be combined with other discount-related promotions. However, combined use may be permitted in cases where our company has specifically authorized it.
• This campaign is limited to properties managed by Leopalace21.
