Monthly contract (short-term plan, long-term plan)
- When using the room, a key exchange fee/Smartlock system registration fee of 16,500 yen (tax included) is required.
- If there are cohabitants, an additional tenant usage fee of 110 yen (including tax) per day per person will be charged at the time of contracting the room or by the time you start living together for the period of use.
Rental contract (ordinary rental plan)
- When using the room, a key exchange fee/Smartlock system registration fee of 16,500 yen (tax included) is required.
- Key money payment is required except for some properties.
- You will need to pay an after moving-out cleaning fee of 38,500 yen to 60,500 yen (including tax).
