Until now, we have been working to improve the quality of our services, but during certain times of the year or specific hours, congestion has occurred, causing wait times for customers.

With the introduction of the appointment-only system, scheduling your visit in advance will enable smoother service.

We will continue striving to improve service quality and provide an even better customer experience.
