- This service is subject to certain conditions, including a rental agreement, a 1K/1R apartment, and a room with SMARTLOCK installation.
- This service uses a contactless monitoring sensor that measures the user's heart rate, respiratory rate and other parameters using millimetre waves.
- ANSHIN Call 24 uses acquired data to detect abnormalities, and if no expected response is received within a certain timeframe, it will automatically notify the fire department.
- This system cannot guarantee complete detection of emergencies, immediate response, or prevention of delays in emergency transport or medical treatment.
- For this service, the handling of key passcode requests related to transport operations involving fire departments is provided under a shared system with other services. Therefore, a 100% response rate is not guaranteed, and depending on the situation, responses may not be possible; the service is provided on a best-effort basis. Furthermore, each company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to delayed or unavailable responses in this operation.

- ANSHIN Call 24: Operators with nursing qualifications or similar personnel will monitor the vital data transmitted from this device 24 hours a day, and they will contact the fire department during emergencies.
